Shipping & Returns
All orders are delivered using Royal Mail Parcel Post. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt, resulting in 95% of deliveries within 5 working days. During exceptionally busy periods it can take up to 14 working days for deliveries.
All the Clogs are hand made, We normally have them ready for posting within the same weeks as ordering, During busy time it may take a little longer.

If you are not satisfied with any items purchased from Bjorn Clogs, you can return them unworn, within 7 days from date of purchase. Bjorn Clogs, 6, Queen Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 1HA. Return unworn goods in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange of your choice. We refund the cost of the goods, not the postage.
